How can I join?
You can join using your credit card or, if you have a US checking account, by on-line cheque. More information on the joining options are given here.

How will the charge appear on my credit card/bank statement?
Very discretely as either "IBL*www.ibillcs.com" or "CCBill", depending on which third party credit card processor you signed up through.

What do I do if I've joined and have been billed but I cannot access the site?

What do I am being billed but my password doesn't work?

How do I cancel my membership and stop being billed?
