Terms and Conditions

For the purpose of these terms and conditions a "Subscriber" refers to any person who joins UKamateurs.com and "UKA" refers to UKamateurs.com, the provider of the web site and the contents in the members area.

• To cancel a credit card subscription the Subscriber should refer to the the on-line help page here or e-mail support@ukamateurs.com giving the username, password, member ID and the approximate date of subscribing.   Subscriptions purchased by web 900 need not be cancelled.
• The Subscriber is responsible for providing the software and hardware required to access the members area and the services offered by UKA.
• Billing for all credit card subsciptions will be made on a periodic basis for as long as the subscription is active.
• UKA have purchased the rights to provide all the images in the members area for the personal use of Subscribers.   The Subscriber cannot re-distribute or publish the images elsewhere.
• By subscribing, the Subsciber confirms they are at least 18 years of age and wishes to view sexually explicit material.
• All amounts billed are non-refundable.
• UKA reserve the right to suspend or cease providing any or all of the services of the members area at any time.   If this happens, no further billing will take place.
• UKA do not offer any guarantee for the services in the members area provided by third parties.
• The username and password used by the Subscriber to access the members area must remain confidential and should not be passed onto any third party.   Should a password be used by more than one individual to access the members area it will be cancelled and access to the members area ceased.
• All information given by the Subscriber whilst subscribing will remain confidential.
• This agreement will be governed by the laws of Colorade, United States of America.
